Reverse engineering workflow

4) Extract cross-sections and define 2D and 3D sketches

5) Use traditional CAD features to build solid or surface models, and the Trim command to connect them

6) Use the Quad Surface feature to reconstruct freeform surfaces that are not possible with standard methods

7) The Deviation Analyser helps you compare the CAD model with the reference mesh at any stage

8) Export your CAD model to other packages in industry-standard formats STEP or IGES for further use
