CMM Inspection & Measurement

Co-ordinate Measurement Machines (CMM) offer the ultimate solution for components requiring the highest accuracy. We have a range of bridge CMMs in small, medium and large sizes, all of which can run both PC-DMIS and PolyWorks software, allowing us to utilise each machine’s strengths.

With a maximum part volume of 2.5m x 2m x 1m, we can accommodate a wide variety of parts. All machines can be programmed online or offline and can run one-off or multi-piece inspections. Using CAD models, complex geometries and shapes can be compared to their nominal position or surface.

Once programmed, we can run automated inspections with minimal operator input, optimising programs for the quickest and most efficient run times.
