Technical Features

The PMT SPACE is a coordinate measuring device adapted to the field processing environment, specially used on workshop sites. The CMM has a compact, robust and ergonomic construction that enables perfect quality control where it is most needed: at the point where the workpiece is manufactured.

No Need for Air Source

Can be placed directly in the workshop environment.

Friction Drive

The X, Y and Z axes adopt optical friction gear pairs (compared with flexible ball screw gear pairs), making transmission more efficient and stable.

Anti-pollution

The closed dustproof cover allows the machine to be used in a variety of production environments.

No Requirement of Temperature

Accuracy varies little with temperature fluctuation, making it suitable for the shop floor environment.

Three Directions of Loading and Unloading

Three directions of loading and unloading improve product quality and work efficiency.

Strong Vibration Resistance

The table is made of high-quality granite and the X, Y, Z axes are made of ductile iron, which can effectively prevent and isolate vibration.

Less Occupied Area

Combines measurement and operation, optimising the use of space and occupying minimal site area.

Open System

The PMT SPACE Shop Floor CMM can be connected with robots, automatic loading and unloading and machine tools to enable functions such as automatic loading, testing and sorting.
