PMT GAMMA GH Scanner accuracy: 15 µm

It is designed with a unique eye protection mode, allowing users to ease eye fatigue by adjusting the laser brightness. With full-coverage geometric features, it helps solve the bottlenecks that traditional contact probes face, such as being unable to precisely measure the dimensions of massive special-shaped workpieces while maintaining optimal function.

Force-Isolation Design

Drawing inspiration from the method of ‘breaking the whole into parts’ force-isolation refers to the mechanism that separates the hand grip from the scanning head in order to decouple the force between the holding pressure and the gravity of the scanning head. This helps enhance overall scanning accuracy and stability.

Surrounding Air-bearing Structure

The X, Y and Z axes use the circular symmetrical design of air bearing, which greatly reduces the influence of the machine stability caused by the deformation of structural parts and effectively enhances the anti-torsion ability of moving parts. The rigidity and stability of the coordinate measuring machine are improved as well.
